What's Included In Your Session
Professional camera equipment. Broadcast-quality cameras and lenses suited to your space, whether that's a conference hall, an office or an outdoor location.
Location lighting. Portable lighting, adapted to whatever room you put us in, so your space looks deliberate instead of fluorescent.
High-fidelity audio. Professional microphones for interviews, speakers and presentations. Audio is what separates professional video from phone footage, and it's where most on-location shoots fail.
An experienced operator. Someone who reads a room, anticipates the moment, and works around your event rather than interrupting it.
Full setup and breakdown. We arrive early, set everything up, and pack down cleanly. Your day runs on your schedule.
Fast digital delivery. A secure download link to your footage within 48 hours.
Optional 4K upgrade. Available on request, for high-end distribution or extra room to reframe shots.
Full ownership. Everything we capture is yours outright, with no licensing restrictions or usage limits.
Why Book On-Location Coverage?
Your environment is the story. A factory floor, a busy restaurant, a job site, your actual office. These say things about your business that no studio backdrop can.
Events happen once. Conferences, launches, ceremonies and openings don't offer a second take. Professional coverage on the day is the only way to capture them properly.
No disruption to your schedule. Your team stays where they are. There's no travel time, no getting six people to a studio, and no losing half a day to a one-hour shoot.
Studio quality, off-site. Portable doesn't mean lower quality. You get the same camera work, lighting and audio as in our Scarsdale studio, at your address.
